    I am an experienced executive passionate about leading diverse teams, solving complex issues and delivering with excellence, to achieve better business, customer and market outcomes. I have over 20 years of successful organisational and transformation leadership experience in financial services organisations and 10 years of advisory expertise. In addition I have over two years of experience as the Executive Director of the prudential regulator of three industries within the financial services sector - my current role. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce, am an Australian Chartered Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
