Carol Joy Austin

Carol Austin is an experienced investment professional. She started her career with the Reserve Bank of Australia and has held senior positions in finance, economics, mining, and government. She is currently Chair of the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC), and a Director of State Super , Infoxchange and the Grattan Institute. She is also Chair of the ACT Investment Advisory Board. Carol was previously a Director of HSBC Bank Australia and a Guardian of the Future Fund. She also served on a number of advisory boards including the Australian Office of Financial Management. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
