    Carolyn Hoy
    I have 25 years experience, working in financial services with a legal and risk professional background. I have worked at Westpac in a variety of roles and am currently General Manager, Property, Procurement and Protective Services. Previous roles include Chief of Staff to Westpac Group CEO Brian Hartzer, Head of Westpac Group Corporate Legal, 1st Line Risk for Westpac’s Enterprise Services division, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for BT Financial Group, and Head of Compliance for Westpac’s Australian Financial Services division. My early experience was at Minter Ellison Lawyers in Commercial Property and Finance and at AWAS Aviation Services, Morgan Stanley’s aircraft leasing contract arm. I am a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a director of the Westpac Foundation Trustee Board and of Westpac Properties Pty Ltd.
