Sarah Carolyn Hailes Kay

Member Foreign Investment Review Board, Director of Scentre Group, National Australia Bank, Myer Family Investments, the General Sir John Monash Scholarship Foundation, Sydney Grammar School and Rothschild Australia. Carolyn's key skills are financial with a legal background, with over 30 years of experience in Finance, particularly International Finance. As an executive, she has worked in London, New York and Australia both as a lawyer and a banker for Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Linklaters & Paines. She holds Bachelors Degrees in Law and Arts (Melbourne University) and a Graduate Diploma in Management (AGSM), and was awarded a Centenary Medal for service to Australia in business leadership.
