    With almost 3 descades of retail and wholesale experience, Carrie Kirkman has established herself as a leader in the fashion industryin Canada. She has previously held numerous top leadership roles: President and Cheif Merchant Sears Canada, President and CEO Jones Group Canada, and Interim President of Nine West Canada. Her current position is Head Merchant for Target Australia. Passionate about championing young women's advancement, Carrie has served on numerous boards: 6 years as Board Chair of Girls20- an international centre of excellence for young womensleadership development. Independent Board Director of Whitehouse design and Vice-President of the Board The Canadian Club-an institution since 1897 providing a forum for the countries thought leaders and newsmakers.
