Cassandra Hogan

Cassandra is a leader in the Energy & Resources sector with 16 years in industry and more recently 14 years consulting experience in the key areas of strategy, operational excellence, organisational change and business transformation. In addition to her client work, Cassandra is KPMG’s National Industry Leader for Energy & Natural Resources with responsibility forthe firm’s services across mining, oil and gas, power and utilities. In this role, Cassandra brings a whole of firm perspective to advise clients on strategy, organisational change and operations excellence. Cassandra is also Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Operations Advisory national team who support our clients optimise their business operations by becoming more efficient and effective through delivering tailored operational improvement solutions covering design, planning and sustainable execution. Cassandra has led multiple transformation projects in the Australian power and utilities sector since entering professional services in 2007. These include working with clients across all aspects of the sector including generation, distribution and retail as well as government owned utilities in electricity and water, with a focus on strategy, large-scale business transformation, customer centric operating model and organisational change programs. She is a passionate advocate for the self-empowerment of her clients, and has become a valued advisor through her ability to support leadership teams work more productively together to deliver customer value.Cassandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Technology and is an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Charted Accountants.
