Catherine Clark

Catherine Clark
A change-maker on a mission. CEO. Board Director. Athlete. Coach. Public Servant. Mum of 2 wild little boys. Catherine is a passionate believer in the power of sport to unite, strengthen, inspire and catalyse change. With a career akin to a "choose your own adventure book", Catherine returned to Australia having taken the paths less travelled. Those paths have taken her career to three different countries in roles at local, state, national and international organisations. As a result, Catherine has acquired a global cache of leadership and cultural experience including senior executive and CEO roles in the government, education, sport and management consulting sectors. After almost 10 years of dedication to progressing the women’s sport agenda, in February 2022 Catherine took up the role as CEO of Paralympics Australia, a role she says has it all. Purpose. Excellence. Social change. Excitingly, it is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping a more inclusive Australia through the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
