    Social entrepreneur on a mission to disrupt financial abuse and gender bias through smarter product and service design. Former bank executive who uncovered widespread abuse in online banking transactions and spearheaded whole-of-industry reforms to crack down on the practice. Author of Designed to Disrupt and creator of #respectandprotect which have catalysed more than 40 Australian businesses with a combined more than 20m customers across 9 sectors to adopt financial abuse terms and conditions. Currently Adjunct Associate Professor at the UNSW School of Social Sciences, Chair of the ANU Student Safety and Wellbeing Committee, and expert adviser to the Australian and NSW governments and the International Finance Corporation.
