Catriona Noble

Catriona joined ANZ in 2015, as Managing Director Retail Distribution responsible for the bank's key retail distribution channels which include the Australian Branch Network, Mobile Lending, Brokers and Customer Contact Centre, along with the management of ATMsShe is a key member of the Australia Division Leadership team and member of the Australian Risk Committee. Before joining ANZ, Catriona rose through the ranks at McDonald's. During her 20 year career there she held the CEO and Managing Director role of the Australian business and was Chief Restaurant Officer for Asia, Pacific, Middle East and Africa. In that role she was responsible for more than 10,000 restaurants and 200,000 people. Catriona earned a reputation as an innovator in driving cultural change to achieve success. She is a member and mentor with the Business Council of Australia and a member of the Australian Social Inclusion Board, of which she is the Deputy Chair of the National Place Based Advisory Group. Catriona completed the Business and Economics AMP (Advanced Management Programme) from INSEAD business school. Catriona currently mentors a number of women, both inside ANZ and out. She was the Founder of the Australian chapter of the McDonald's Women's Leadership Network. Catriona actively contributes to social causes participating in the St. Vincent's CEO Sleepout and Westpac CEO Kokoda Trail Fundraising Walk.
