    I became the Chair of Allens on 1 January 2025. Prior to becoming Chair, I was the head of Allens Queensland practice and sat on the firm's executive committee. I am a senior partner in the firm's M&A and capital markets practice. I have been a member of the Australian Government's Takeovers Panel since 2016. I work with clients on public and private M&A and capital markets transactions and am a trusted adviser on governance issues. Over the course of my 30+ year career I have worked in Brisbane, London, Hong Kong and Sydney.
