Chloe Flutter

Chloe Flutter is one of the senior-most leaders at Boston Consulting Group in Australia and one of only two women from Australia to be promoted to the global rank of Managing Directory & Senior Partner. Chloe leads BCG’s Health Care business in Australia and New Zealand, as well as the Marketing & Engagement function. She is a highly strategic and innovative thinker, sought out to solve complex and ambiguous problems and drive transformative change. Chloe is recognised as a strong people leader within BCG, including winning the ‘North East Award’ for the top 10% of partners globally for both upward feedback and commercial success. Chloe has also driven BCG’s local Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts as the head of Women@BCG for five years, Pride@BCG for two years, and led BCG’s support to CEW for four years. Beyond BCG, Chloe is the President of the Australian Rhodes Scholars Association and formerly a member of the NSW Rhodes Scholarship selection committee. She sits on the Board of the Australian Cardiovascular Alliance, which is the peak body for cardiovascular research. She was on the Board of Swimming Australia for four years, supporting the sport’s turnaround after London 2012 and previously represented Australia in swimming. Chloe has a BEc from ANU and BA (Hons) from Sydney University, where she graduated with the University and Convocation Medals. She also has a DPhil from the University of Oxford, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. Chloe is married with two children and a dog called Alf.
