    Over 35 years experience in sport both as an athlete and sports professional. 2012-2024 CEO of WA Cricket transforming the way the organisation did business with a strong focus on strategic planning and collaboration internally and externally. Drove the relocation of men's international cricket from the WACA Ground to Optus Stadium and raised $170m in Government funding to redevelop the WACA Ground including a groundbreaking partnership with the WA State Government. Having concluded my Executive career I have moved into a portfolio career as Tourism WA Commissioner Australian Cricket Association President CEOs for Gender Equity Board Member Leadership WA Board Director Youth Focus Board Director Minerva Network WA Chapter Chair Sportswest Women's Advisory Council - Member Inducted into the Australian Cricket Hall of Fame in 2025 (10th female) Celebrate WA - Western of the Australian of the Year (Business) Inducted into the WA Women's Hall of Fame in 2023
