Christine Holman

Christine Holman has been a professional board director since 2016. She currently serves on the boards of CSR Ltd, HT&E Limited, Moorebank Intermodal Company, The State Library of New South Wales, T20 Cricket World Cup and The Bradman Foundation. Prior to becoming a professional director, Christine was the CFO and Commercial Director at Telstra Broadcast Services and sat on their Executive & Remuneration Committees. Earlier she spent ten years in private investment management, assisting management and the Board of investee companies on strategy, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Christine holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors' Company Directors Course. Christine has been a strong supporter of women in the companies she has worked for providing them opportunities to lead engagements with key stakeholders.
