Christine Linden

With almost 20 years’ experience in banking and financial services both nationally and internationally, I have held senior roles and led transformation across key areas of ANZ Banking Group including retail, commercial, risk, operations and customer resolution. I have introduced and led major initiatives that have improved the banking experience for our customers and staff. Currently leading ANZ’s newly created Deposits, Migration and Simplification portfolio, I’m creating and delivering experiences and outcomes that improve the financial wellbeing of our customers, including their onboarding to ANZ Plus. I’m also leading another major agenda for ANZ’s Australia Retail division: to simplify and innovate for customers and bankers. I am an active senior sponsor supporting female colleagues to grow and succeed. I have a track record of step changing diversity in customer-facing teams at ANZ. I am also an Executive Sponsor of Accessibility at ANZ and have a passion to improve the experiences and access of customers and employees with disability to our products and services, helping to make our communities accessible and inclusive.
