Cindy Hook

Cindy Hook is Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed Deloitte Asia Pacific Limited. Cindy began her career as an auditor with Deloitte in San Francisco, before moving to the Australian firm in 2009. Appointed in early 2015, Cindy previously led, transformed and grew the firm's Assurance & Advisory practice for five years. Cindy joined Deloitte in 1986 in the US firm's San Francisco audit practice, where she steadily progressed her career for 23 years before joining Deloitte Australia. Appointed as the firm's new CEO in 2015, Cindy is passionate about providing inspired leadership and her strengths lie in challenging teams across the firm to develop different approaches to winning and delivering new business. Her strategic vision includes a commitment to integrating our broad capabilities to provide better solutions for our clients, supporting diversity in all its forms and leading Deloitte to make an enduring social, cultural and economic impact in Australia.
