Claire is the leader of one of Australia’s largest super funds, Mercer Super, and is dedicated to enhancing the retirement wellbeing of Australians. With over 30 years of global experience in superannuation administration and management, she has a strong background in transforming pension funds. Claire began her career in the UK, gaining foundational knowledge in superannuation, and has held senior leadership roles worldwide, demonstrating a successful track record in delivering transformational change. Under her leadership, Mercer Super provides a variety of superannuation and retirement solutions tailored for Australian businesses of all sizes, aiming to offer competitive retirement benefits. The fund also collaborates with well-known retail brands to provide superannuation services directly to individuals. Before becoming CEO of Mercer Super, Claire served as the Chief Operating Officer and held other significant roles, including COO of Mercer Pacific and Superannuation Services Leader. She played a crucial role in integrating BT Super into the Mercer Super Trust and was instrumental in Mercer's acquisition of Advance Asset Management. In her previous positions, she was responsible for the superannuation and retirement benefits of over 2 million Australians and led Mercer’s transformation agenda in the Pacific.
