Claire Smith

Claire Smith is a highly accomplished business leader with extensive experience across digital, e-commerce, commercial, supply chain, technology, and transformation within large retail and consumer packaged goods businesses. Currently serving as Chief Digital & Data Officer at Endeavour Group, she unifies digital, data, eCommerce, customer, and hotel technology capabilities to drive the Group's data, AI, and customer strategies. She previously held roles as Chief Information Officer and Director of endeavourX, where she spearheaded digital and eCommerce development. With a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, Claire focuses on fostering collaboration and customer-centric approaches. Her commercial acumen, coupled with deep understanding of data and technology, has consistently delivered commercial success and strategic change. Notably, she led the development of Endeavour’s market-leading personalization capability, resulting in significant sales growth. Claire holds a Master of Science from Auckland University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Outside of her professional life, she is a dedicated mother of two boys, aged 12 and 14. The family shares a passion for sailing and enjoys spending time on the water together.
