    Clare is Deloitte Australia's Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for developing and executing strategy and transformation. Clare is a member of the Deloitte Australia Executive Leadership Team. Clare has been a strategic advisor and strategy consultant for over 25 years and has worked in the UK, Europe, US, Asia and Australia/NZ as a Telecoms, Media and Technology specialist. Clare led the Financial Advisory business for Deloitte Australia from 2016 to 2018 and the Strategy & Operations practice in Deloitte Consulting from 2013 to 2016, and has completed all of Deloitte's leadership programs. Clare has been a significant contributor to the advancement of women at Deloitte Australia and is the Executive Sponsor of Deloitte's All-In program focussed on gender equality and a culture of inclusivity.
