Danielle Beatty
Danielle joined Westpac Group in February 2023 in the role of General Manager, Reward, Performance and Accountability, reporting to Group Executive, Human Resources. In her role, Danielle is responsible for the development and management of reward, performance and accountability strategy, policy and risk/governance frameworks across the Group. Danielle also supports the Board and the Board Remuneration Committee, providing counsel on matters relating to remuneration and performance as well as risk and governance. Danielle has 25 +years of experience in performance and rewards, with deep expertise in executive remuneration and variable rewards. She has worked in both consulting and listed company environments and has lead reward functions for the last 15 years in both Australia and overseas. Prior to Westpac she was Senior Group Director Reward and Global Mobility for Worley, a large scale global engineering services business. Prior to Worley she was General Manger, Performance and Recognition at NAB. Danielle spent 10 years at AXA, including four years based in Paris. She started her career as a Private Banker with Macquarie Bank Danielle holds an executive MBA from Melbourne business school and a Graduate Diploma in Investment Management.
