Debbie Goodin

Debbie Goodin is an experienced company director with several years of non-executive experience across multiple sectors including energy, oil and gas, infrastructure, media, banking and State government authorities. Debbie currently serves on the boards of ASX100 publicly listed companies APA Group and Macquarie Atlas Roads and ASX publicly listed companies Senex Energy and oOh!Media. She is also the chairman of the Audit and Risk Committees for two of these boards. Debbie also sits on the Royal Women's Hospital Finance Committee. Her former directorships includeTen Network Holdings Limited, City West Water Limited, Beyond Bank Australia Limited and Mount Hotham Resort Management. Debbie was also a founding director of the Breast Cancer Network of Australia where she chaired the Finance Committee for ten years. Debbie's last executive role was contracting as Chief Operating Officer, ANZ for Downer EDI Limited's Consulting Services businesses, prior to which she held a number of senior roles, culminating in Director of Operations, for engineering group, Coffey International Limited. Previously she held roles in Victorian government authorities and was Deputy Secretary, Corporate Services for the Department of Innovation, Industry & Regional Development.
