Denise Fleming

Dr Denise Fleming is a Founding Member of CEW and Managing Director of Foresight Management Group, a firm internationally recognised as a global leader in Executive Coaching. Denise was awarded a Centenary Medal for her contribution to Australian Business. Denise was also awarded a Sports Medal by the Federal Government for her contribution to disabled sport as Chairman of Special Olympics for 8 years. Denise's business career has included roles in executive management and board membership of companies in both the private and public sectors. Additionally, she has a distinguished academic record with an MBA from Macquarie University and a PhD from Imperial College, London; is a published author of Creating Entrepreneurs and Joint Ventures with Asia Inc. and is an ardent advocate of lifelong learning. Denise established Foresight Management Group, an M&A implementation consultancy in 1987 and its subsidiary Foresight's Global Coaching (FGC) in 1997. FGC's Client base includes 16 of the top 20 ASX listed organisations where FGC works with CEOs, their direct reports and their direct reports.
