Eglantine Etiemble
Eglantine is a versatile Technology executive. She has delivered complex programs and led teams in 20 different countries in Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific in Consulting. Telco, Manufacturing and Tech organisations. In her recent roles as CTO/CIO of PEXA, DuluxGroup or OI (formally ACI), she has led digital transformation, driving new revenue growth and enterprise efficiencies.
Strongly committed to Diversity and Inclusion, she has built teams balancing gender, age and background diversity, acts as a mentor in the industry and contributes to different inclusion programs. In her current role at PEXA, she has, through a number structural initiatives and partnership, raised the percentage of women in technology from 20 to 34%.
Graduated of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she has joined her first ASX listed board in June 2022
In 2023, she was awarded #3 CIO for Australia in the CIO50 awards in recognition of her industry impact and in June 2024 joined the board of the Tech Council of Australia.
