Members Directory
CEW members are leaders across diverse sectors in Australia, including government, business, sport, academia, the arts, and the not-for-profit sector.
Our members share a unifying goal: to remove systemic barriers and create pipelines that enable Australian women to rise to leadership positions in their communities. This ensures a diversity of women's voices at every decision-making table while supporting both women and men to thrive—at work and home.
Elanor Huntington

I am an experienced C-suite executive and NED with two decades’ experience working at the intersection of technology and society. I have delivered national and global systems-level impact and structural change across the government, research-led commercial, tertiary education and community sectors. As a researcher of international stature in quantum technologies, I am known for uniquely combining a deep understanding of people, culture and systems with deep technological expertise.
I have a proven track record in contributing to the success and growth of government, for-profit and for-purpose organisations through my Board roles.
I hold honours covering the technical, leadership and business domains. I hold a number of “first woman to …” credits in my CV and I am very clear that I always want to leave behind a better and more inclusive place than when I joined. I'm committed to growing the profile of STEM skills in the community and business and am passionate about attracting a more diverse cohort of young people to take up careers that draw on STEM skills. I’m a prolific and sought-after public speaker and thought leader on the future of science, technology, engineering and the nature of work.
