Elizabeth Crouch AM FAICD
Elizabeth Crouch AM Elizabeth is the Chair of the Customer Owned Banking Association, the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network, Hearing Australia, Ochre Health Group and Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese Ltd. She is the Emerita Deputy Chancellor of Macquarie University and currently sits on the Council of the University of Newcastle. Elizabeth is also on the boards of the NSW Institute of Sport, the Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation and Hunter Water Corporation. She chairs a number of Audit and Risk Committees including for the State Emergency Service in NSW and the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport. Elizabeth has held previous roles on the Boards of ASX listed ReadyTech, Bingo Industries, Chandler Macleod Group and McGrath Estate Agents. She was also previously on the Board of Health Infrastructure, the organisation that delivered all the new public hospital infrastructure in NSW. Elizabeth is the former Chair of SGS Economics and Planning, RailCorp and the Electronic Ticking Corporation, the statutory body that delivered the OPAL card to NSW. Elizabeth is a respected executive coach and moderator with the Orijen Group and spent 16 years with the Federal Government before moving into the private sector. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Cyber Security and was awarded an Order of Australia for her services to higher education and the rail transport sector.
