Elizabeth Dibbs

Liz is a non-executive director in the for purpose and government sectors. She is Deputy Chancellor of Western Sydney University and Chair of its Audit & Risk Committee, Chairman of United Way Australia, a Governor of the Centenary Institute, Trustee of the Centenary Foundation and a member of the Risk & Audit Committee. She is also a Board Member of the National Portrait Gallery and Chair of its Audit & Risk Committee. Liz recently completed a four year term as the Western City District Commissioner at the Greater Cities Commission.


Liz was a Partner and General Counsel of PwC until the end of 2004. She has also worked as a commercial litigator with major law firms Mallesons Stephen Jaques (Sydney) and Linklaters & Paines (London). Liz was also a director and President of YWCA NSW until 2011 and represented the World YWCA at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in 2010. She has served on CEW's Council as Chair of the Scholarships Committee.


Liz has broad experience across the commercial, government and for purpose sectors and would like to bring that experience to organisations that are contributing to our society and its equitable advancement socially, economically and environmentally.
