Elizabeth Lewin

Liz is an experienced professional company director with an extensive international career spanning investment banking, wealth management, investment management, and superannuation. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Argo Investment Limited, as a Trustee of the Art Gallery of NSW, Deputy Chair of the Australian Chamber Orchestra and a Director of Kaldor Public Art Projects. Liz is actively involved in investment and philanthropic advisory roles, including as a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Australian Olympic Foundation, an Advisory Board Member of St Vincent’s Clinic Research Foundation, and an Advisory Committee Member of Future Generation Women, a philanthropic investment fund dedicated to advancing economic equality for women. Her executive career includes Chief Executive Officer of UBS Wealth Management Australia (2005 -2009), Head of UBS Wealth Management UK (1999-2004) and Head of the European Derivative business in UBS Investment Bank UK (1992-1998). She is a long-standing member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) and an Ambassador of the Australian Indigenous Education Fund (AEIF) reflecting her commitment to leadership, diversity, and education. Liz is also a private philanthropist providing philanthropic support in areas including indigenous education, means tested scholarships for education, support for youth at risk, social programs that can help end poverty and empower women, medical research, and the arts, particularly where the arts and education to underprivileged communities intersect.
