Emma Quinn

Emma Quinn is President, Cboe Australia at Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe). A proven leader with significant experience in global capital markets, she is responsible for spearheading the company’s strategic direction and bolstering the uptake of its offerings. In 2023, Emma joined Cboe from AllianceBernstein, where she was Global Co-Head of Equity Trading. Her tenure at AllianceBernstein was marked by a series of prominent roles including Head of Asia-Pacific Trading, head of Asia-Pacific Fixed Income, and head of Trading for Australia/NZ. Prior to joining AllianceBernstein in 2001, she worked as an equity trader at AMP. Emma actively contributes to various boards and committees, fostering innovation and shaping the industry landscape. Her current role as Director/Chairperson- FIX Protocol Limited underscores her commitment to industry progress. Her past contributions include serving on the ASIC’s Markets Advisory Panel (2016-2023), Asia Trader Forum, and engaging with the Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association committees. Emma has been granted the global “Excellence in Equity Trading” award by Women in Finance- New York (2018) and her trading desks were thrice awarded “Best Global Buy Side Desk” by Markets Media Market Choice Award. Emma’s commitment to diversity and inclusion has led her to be a sought-after speaker at various conferences.
