Evelyn Richardson

Evelyn Richardson has over twenty five years experience in the entertainment, performing arts and new media industries working in Government and the private sector. She is currently Chief Executive, Live Performance Australia (LPA), the peak body for Australia’s live entertainment and performing arts industry. She was formerly the President and CEO of the Game Developers’ Association of Australia, the peak body for game development studios in Australia. Prior to that she provided strategic advice to the film and new media industries; was General Manager of Grey Interactive; and Director, Industry and Community Development, Multimedia Victoria. She holds a MA (First Class Honours) degree in Sociology and a BA in Sociology and Education, both from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand). She also holds a Diploma in Company Directorship (Order of Merit), The University of Sydney Graduate School of Business.
