I have beeb taken different roles at New Hope Group in the past 17 years from headquarter to different business units. New Hope Group is one of Global Fortune 500 companies with annual turnover around 40 billion USD, mainly involved in agriculture&food, healthcare , supply chain solution as well as financial services with 600 subsidiaries across 35 countries globally. My current role is the CEO and Managing Director of New Hope International (NHI) which is the business platform covering all international investment, post-investment operation, financing and asset management. NHI has set up very solid asset portfolios and business ecosystem with long term strategic investments in Asia Pacific region in meat, dairy, egg, vitamin, pet food, property sector. In addition to strategic investment, NHI also has various direct minority investment in ESG, digital economy as well as tech sectors in Europe, US and other regions. I am responsible for NHI business development, investment strategies, operational decisions, financing planning as well as asset portfolio management. I am sitting on the board and IC committees of strategic projects deeply involved in board governance, business growth strategies and team succession planning. I got my MBA degree from Columbia Business School and completed Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School. I am currently living in Sydney with my husband, my two daughters and our cat.
