Fi Mann

Fi Mann
Fi Mann is currently Head of Listed Equities and ESG at Brighter Super (formerly LGIAsuper/Energy Super). She is responsible for the investment performance and construction of the Australian and Global Equities portfolios, which account for over $15 billion in assets, for Brighter Super members. She is also accountable for managing ESG Risk and driving ESG integration and strategy across all asset classes, which consists of over $30 billion, for the fund from a sustainable investment perspective. She is very passionate about both ESG and Equities and integrating benefits of ESG into portfolios and asset classes in innovative, structured and measurable ways within risk and return frameworks. Fi has held several senior investment management positions over the last 25 years in roles from equities analyst to ESG implementation including as a Co- Director of her own business which had a FUM under management of $1billion at its peak. Fi holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment, a Master of Business (MBA) and also a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Hons 1). She is also RG146 compliant. Fi is also an Accredited Practising Dietitian and an Accredited Sports Dietitian, as well as an avid endurance athlete.
