Fiona Crosbie
Fiona Crosbie was appointed Chair of Allens in 2017, having been a member of the firm’s Board for several years. Fiona is the first woman to chair Allens in its 200-year history.
She is a senior partner in the firm’s Competition, Consumer and Regulatory group.
Fiona is a former Chair of the Competition and Consumer Committee of the Law Council of Australia and is an active speaker on regulatory and competition issues. In 2021, Global Competition Review, again, named Fiona as a leading woman in antitrust worldwide. In 2019 Fiona was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Macquarie University for her contribution to the legal profession and in 2021 became a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law. Fiona was appointed as a part-time member of the Financial Regulator Assessment Authority in 2022.
Fiona is a member of the Board of the Children’s Medical Research Institute where she chairs the Audit and Risk Committee and is a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee and Digital Strategy Committee.
