Fiona Harris

In a 29-year non-executive director career Fiona has gained experience in many sectors, including energy, resources, utilities, financial services and property from approx. 30 listed companies (ASX 50, 100, 200 and beyond), government enterprises, not-for-profits, and large private company boards. Fiona became the State President of the Australian Institute of Company Directors in WA in 2005 - the first woman to hold this position, then later an AICD National Director. She was the recipient of the AICD WA Gold Medal in 2016 for her contribution to the economic progress of Western Australia and to the highest standards of corporate governance. In 2021 she was recognised as a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to the finance, investment, resources and not-for-profit sectors.
