    Gillian Blake
    Gillian Blake is an exceptional strategic and commercially astute senior leader with extensive experience in driving strategic growth and managing high-performing teams at Accenture ANZ, a Fortune 500 company with global revenues of $65bn USD. As a member of the Executive Committee, she leads the Go-To-Market and Commercial teams across multiple industry sectors, with financial responsibility for a $US3bn portfolio and oversight of a large, dynamic workforce. Gillian is deeply passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and dedicates time to advocacy and engagement across several organizations, including ABCN, the Minerva Network and sponsorship of the Accenture Development Programme for early career talent. Gillian is based in Sydney with my husband, two children, and three dogs; always looking for new ways to contribute to business success, empower diverse talent, and create workplaces where everyone feels valued and included.
