Glenice Maclellan

Glenice Maclellan leads Egon Zehnder’s Australian and New Zealand Practice and serves on the firm’s global Board of Directors. She focuses on Board and CEO engagements with significant clients across a range of sectors. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Glenice headed up the Telstra Consumer Division, based in Melbourne. Previously she led the Category Marketing and Operations group with commercial responsibility across the consumer portfolio. Prior to this Glenice spent 10 years working in Europe and the USA with Procter& Gamble, AT&T Wireless and Eurotel, which is now part of the Telefonica Group. Glenice was also on the Board of Directors of CSL New World Mobility Group. CSL is one of Hong Kong’s leading mobile operators. In 2007, Glenice was named Young Executive of the Year by the Australian Financial Review. She has a Business degree with Distinction from the University of Technology, Sydney. Glenice enjoys spending time with her husband and son at their small cattle farm in the Victorian Alps and staying connected with family in Prague, where she and her husband also lived for 7 years. Glenice sits on the Board of the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra, where she Chairs the People Committee, and is also a member of the Young Presidents Association (YPO).
