    Helen Garnett PSM FTSE FAICD
    Helen has a portfolio of independent director roles, having retired as a full-time executive, 15years as chief executive, at the end of 2008. Her current directorships include two in the resource/energy sectors. Helen is the chair of Delta Electricity and a director of Carbon Energy. She chairs the Audit Committee of Carbon Energy. She was previously a director of Energy Resources Australia Ltd (2005-2015), ABM Resources (2014-2016) and Integral Energy (1996-2000) in this sector Helen is also a director of three bioscience entities, the Australian Centre for Plant Functional Genomics - an entity with government and business investment - which she chairs, Sugar Research Australia and the Grains Research and Development Corporation Helen has a longstanding interest in taking technical innovation to practical outcomes, reflected in the above portfolio, and in education.
