    Helen Silver AO is the independent Chair of ACTF; non executive director of PEXA Limited; independent board member of Crown Melbourne; and Deputy Chair of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority. Helen has worked a the most senior levels in both the public and private sectors. Helen served with distinction in the Victorian and Commonwealth public service culminating in a five year appointment as CEO and Secretary of the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet. Helen last executive role was Deputy Managing Director Allianz Australia. Helen is now pursing a NED career.
