Holly Stiles

I am the National Head of Corporate Finance at Grant Thornton Australia, a leading accounting and advisory practice with over 175 partners and 1,500 people nationally. I have over 20 years of corporate finance experience, with extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions and in capital markets. I specialise in providing strategic advice to businesses and their owners on acquisitions, private equity raisings and divestments. I am passionate about working with business owners in a collaborative way, to support and guide them through these important transactions. In addition, I am National Executive Sponsor of Grant Thornton’s Gender Equity Network, an award-winning program dedicated to enabling all individuals to achieve their full potential at Grant Thornton. I am passionate about Gender Equity and have been working on various programs, initiatives and providing support as a mentor over many years. I have established a close partnership with Women on Boards, as a major corporate sponsor, collaborating to develop insightful events for women building a career as a director. I am a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and am acting Chair of Kids Giving Back, a Not-for-Profit organisation providing meaningful volunteering opportunities for children.
