    Ilona Charles
    Ilona Charles is the co-founder and CEO of ShiloPeople (shilo.), a leading Australian provider of on-demand human resources talent & HR Consulting services. She is the author of HR for Impact, published in 2021. She is an experienced executive with an extensive career in human resources, transformation and change across multiple industry segments. She has worked in global and complex organisations ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to large-scale, multi-national corporations. Industries include digital and technology, financial services, health, telecommunications, and government. Ilona has held executive roles with CSIRO, Aconex, Telstra, Medibank and NAB. She commenced her career as an Occupational Therapist and has a Master of Business Administration. Ilona is a Board Director of LaunchVic and Chair of the People Committee. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
