Over the course of an executive career spanning 25 years, Inese Kingsmill earned a reputation as a growth focused and customer oriented business leader. Her experience has spanned senior leadership positions across a broad spectrum of accountabilities at Microsoft, Telstra and Virgin Australia. ? Continuous transformation and customer focus have been common themes underpinning Inese’s career. She has experience in transformations across a range of scenarios including operating model re-design, digital transformation, culture change, customer experience design and brand positioning. Inese now holds a portfolio of directorships across the technology and financial services sectors. She currently serves as Chair of the Boards of HiPages Group (ASX:HPG) and Sonder, and as Non-Executive Director of Retail Employees Superannuation (REST), NobleOak Life (ASX:NOL) and Kinetic IT. ? With a personal interest in fostering innovation in Australian businesses, Inese is director of Breakfast Epiphanies Consulting, a privately held advisory practice specialising is supporting companies navigate their own growth and transformation agendas.
