Jackie Fairley

More than 30 years of executive experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and animal health industries working in ASX-listed companies including CSL, FH Faulding (now Pfizer) and Starpharma. Experience as an ASX Listed CEO and Managing Director for >15 years. Extensive international experience in product innovation, negotiation of commercial contracts/licenses and management of international commercial partnerships. Development, commercialisation and launch of healthcare products including pharmaceuticals,OTC and animal health products across international markets. More than 20 years of experience as a non- executive director, including 10 years on the Board of Melbourne Business School (MBS), and, six years as a Director of ASX listed Mirrabooka Investments, part of the AFIC group. Member of the Mirrabooka Audit and Risk and Investment committees and past chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee for MBS for 5 years. Also served on the Investment Committee of the MH Carnegie innovation fund for more than 10 years.
