    Jackie advises listed and unlisted companies on mergers and acquisitions and general commercial agreements and advice including shareholder and joint venture agreements. Jackie advises in relation to both public and private M&A and some of her most recent matters include advising Uniti Group (acquisition of OptiComm via scheme of arrangement and other bolt on acquisitions), dnata Catering Services (acquisition of the Qantas catering division), Reece (acquisition of Actrol Parts Holdings and other bolt on acquisitions) and Medibank (acquisition of HealthStrong and Home Support Services). Jackie is commercial and pragmatic in her approach and seeks to find solutions to help her clients achieve their strategic outcomes.
