Jan O'Keefe

Jan has over 15 years of experience as a Senior Executive in healthcare, financial services and utilities. This spans private equity, public and non-profit operating structures in highly regulated healthcare and service industries. Significant P&L experience with a passion for creating a culture built on a shared vision and purpose to deliver for patients and customers. I am currently the Chief Commercial Officer at hbf Health, and a Non-Executive Director at GenU, one of the largest disability services providers in Australia. I have an extensive legal and governance background with a Masters degree in International Law from Suffolk University Boston. I have refined my ability to lead in highly complex environments defined by risk, strategic aspiration, and performance. My leadership is defined by creating a strong vision and purpose underpinned by clear strategic priorities, and unlocking the potential of people to drive meaningful change for patients and customers. I am passionate about service businesses that make a difference through care, accountability and consistency.
