Jane Andrews

Jane is a professional company director with governance and executive experience spanning a range of industries including biotechnology, medical research, healthcare, information technology and agriculture. Jane is a Non-Executive Director of TechnologyOne Limited, an ASX100 company specializing in enterprise software, and Infensa Bioscience, a company developing novel therapeutics for the treatment of cardiac infarction and stroke. Jane has previously served as an Honorary Professor of Griffith University and member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Griffith Institute for Drug Discovery. As a founder and investor in numerous innovative companies, Dr Andrews has extensive experience in corporate strategy, entrepreneurship, commercialisation, innovation, venture capital, academia and research and development. Dr Andrews is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a PhD in Life Sciences, a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. Jane has worked for a diverse range of organizations including ASX-listed companies, public research organizations (Australian and UK-based), cooperative research centres, unlisted public and private companies.
