JANE BRIDGE B A Hons Grad Dip Ed M A MAICD FAIM Jane Bridge has worked with boards across Australia for almost twenty years. In that time, she has undertaken reviews of board performance; worked with boards to develop strategy; assisted with many aspects of corporate governance advice and successfully placed a wide variety of people into non-executive directors and Chairman positions. Jane's experience is a combination of government and private, having spent 15 years in the NSW public service, her last position being the CEO of the Department for Women. She has since worked as a consultant in leadership, advising on strategy and planning, and lecturing at the Graduate School of Management at Macquarie University. Jane then spent some years with a national firm specialising in non-executive director search and board review, and during this time worked with large, small, listed, unlisted and government boards on issues of governance and performance.
