Janellle Hopkins

Janelle Hopkins is the Chief Financial Officer of REA Group. Prior to this she was the Executive General Manager, Finance and Group Chief Financial Officer with Australia Post since 2013. In her role Janelle was responsible for finance, risk and assurance, group real estate, treasury, superannuation and corporate development. Janelle is an accomplished finance executive with more than 25 years’ experience. She held senior finance roles at National Australia Bank. Janelle started her career with Professional Services firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. A member of the Australia Post Executive Committee, Director of the Financial Executives Institute and a member of the G100 Executive Committee, Janelle is also a passionate supporter of social enterprise as a tool to empower, include and assist people to overcome disadvantage. Janelle has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Janelle mentors women through the Financial Executive Institute and in her capacity as an Alumni Leader of the University of NSW.
