Janette Kendall

Janette is an experienced company director with over 25 years board experience across public, private and not-for-profit organisations spanning a diverse range of industries including marketing and technology, media, property, retail, hospitality, horticulture, tourism, sport and the arts. Her experience has been with organisations facing disruption, undergoing transformation, expanding through acquisition or entering new global markets. All have required a strong focus on strategy, people, risk and governance. Current Non-Executive Directorships include: Vicinity Centres (ASX: VCX),Tabcorp (ASX: TAH), and KM Property Funds. She has previously served on the boards of Costa Group, Nine Entertainment, Australian Venue Co, Visit Victoria, The Melbourne Football Club, Foodworks (AURL) and Wellcom Group. Janette's executive career, spanning Australia and China, has encompassed marketing, digital and operations. Janette brings deep expertise in strategic planning, digital innovation, marketing and communications, media and entertainment, property and retail, FMCG, gaming and manufacturing. Janette is a Fellow of the Australia Institute of Company Directors (FAICD), a Fellow of Monash University, and a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) Janette’s extensive leadership experience and industry breadth position her as a valuable contributor to organisations navigating change, growth and innovation.
