Jeannine Biviano

Jeannine joined Serco as the Managing Director Community Services in April 2023, providing healthcare and a range of BPO and Facilities Management services to Local, State and Federal Government agencies across the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining Serco, Jeannine held Deputy Secretary roles within a number of NSW Government agencies such as Department of Customer Service, Department of Finance Services and Innovation and Department of Industry, Trade and Investment. Jeannine has had an unconventional career path with both a clinical and business background. She has worked in the public, private and not for profit sectors with stints at KPMG in the Insolvency and Receivership Division and then primarily in the healthcare sector in senior management and leadership roles including as CEO of Macquarie Area Health Service. For 12 years Jeannine let major transformational reforms within the NSW public sector. She was responsible for merger and acquisition activity as a result of six significant change of government restructures, including the consolidation of numerous corporate service systems onto one platform. Jeannine is an early adopter of cloud technology and was the first to lead an Australian government ERP transition onto a software as a service platform and led the largest SAP By Design implementation in the world. A Fellow of Chartered Accountant ANZ, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Master of Economics. Jeannine was awarded the title of Telstra NSW Businesswoman of the Year in 2013.
