Jenefer Stewart

Jen Stewart has over 30 years’ experience running large retail and commercial banking businesses and leading sizeable teams through significant change. Currently Jen is running wholesale Business Banking for Australia. Given her deep experience in retail banking, she brings a unique approach and perspective to the Commercial Leadership Team. Jen is known in the organisation as someone who gets things done and also as a driver and influencer of culture change. Since 2015 Jen has significantly successfully influenced gender balance by instigating and sponsoring specific programs supporting women across ANZ Australia to progress their careers and network more effectively. Jen currently holds a seat as a director on a regulated subsidiary board for ANZ and has experience with the industry ombudsman having stepped into a representative role for ANZ previously. Jen holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Technology, Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts from Sydney University. Jen is married to Nigel who is Head of Technology for the Australian Wool Exchange and they have two teenage daughters – Ashleigh and Olivia.
