Jenni Barnett
Jenni Barnett is a C-suite executive currently Chief Customer Officer at Tabcorp. Jenni has accountability for revenue and customer experience across all Tabcorp’s brands and channels. Her functional accountability spans Brand and Marketing, Digital, Product and Data as well as business unit Risk Management. Prior to Tabcorp, Jenni was the Digital Channels Executive at Telstra, and key to Telstra’s T22 company-wide transformation. Digital sales, the team and culture, as well as Telstra’s digital experiences were radically transformed under Jenni’s leadership. Her team became one of the most contemporary digital teams in the country, delivering record sales, and creating one of the largest digitally active customer bases in Australia. She also introduced critical foundations such as personalisation at scale and accessible design (which even became the envy of some tech giants!). Prior to Telstra, Jenni spent 15+ years in financial services at the Commonwealth Bank in various product and head of marketing roles across consumer, business and wealth. During this time Jenni had the privilege of sponsoring the first Behavioural Economics Program in Banking which was published by Harvard Business School. In her spare time, Jenni loves a swim or good Netflix series
