Jennifer Davies
In 2025, Jennifer was appointed as the head of ING Australia’s Retail Bank and joined the Executive Committee.
Jennifer brings over 20 years of expertise across industry and top-tier consulting to ING, with a proven ability to drive transformative change to enhance customer experiences. She has a strong track record of delivering growth, optimising risk management, and reshaping business strategies to create lasting value for both customers and the organisation.
Jennifer joined ING from NAB where she held Executive roles across the business and private bank and in group strategy. Most recently she was NAB’s Executive General Manager, Business Everyday Banking.
Prior to joining the banking industry, Jennifer was a partner at McKinsey & Company, serving a range of clients across the Asia-Pacific region, UK and North America.
Jennifer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School along with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (first class honors) and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University. Jennifer is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chief Executive Women.
